When do my points get added after a rental?

Points are added automatically when your booking is confirmed. You don't need to do anything — they appear in your dashboard immediately.

Your points do not expire as long as you complete at least one rental within any 12-month period.

How do I move up to the next tier?

Tiers are calculated on your year-to-date (January to December) rentals and spend. You qualify for a tier by meeting either the rental count OR the spend threshold — whichever comes first.

How do I redeem my vouchers?

Log in to your Rewards dashboard, select your redemption type, and submit a request. Vouchers are delivered within 24 hours. Rental discounts are applied directly to your next booking.

Can I use my Rewards points for someone else's booking?

Points are linked to your account and can only be used for bookings made under your name. However, your referred friends earn their own points from day one.
